A COLD CALL is the most frightful job for a sales people. We might have detached the pain of dialing manually but the agony of refusal by a total newcomer still continues.
Successful Sales Agent are not moved by this denial and continue making the calls without giving a thought about this refusal.
Do they transform all the leads they call? “NO”
